Agree!If hey find a US underwritter= Boom and much more $$$$ invested in groundfloor

Should be pretty easy to find a $50 milion with all the connections they have and they also have a clean shell listed in the USA now
PRs and filings will tell the tale

Best thing about having an underwritter is, just like 4 a IPO, SEC don't give a shit about filings to prove anything about any Numbers.
Normal cuz an underwritter or even accredited investors, PIPE, are not investing in crap and they know what will happen with their investment

Initial Reverse IPO may also be followed by a Secondary Offering b4 going NAZ...

Michael will surely take the most efficient route and it's NOT IPO...lol
