IPKL - A large portion of the shares have been absorbed into the market but they are not all yet as can be seen with BRGE still on the ask. With that said, I don't think there are that many left of the 1B to sell. The next problem will be moving shares out of the flippers/swing traders hands and to more long term investors. A lot of people bought in the initial run a couple weeks back. Some portion of them will be looking to get out for various reasons - short term traders; don't like that the company dumped 1B new shares; can't focus more than 1 week out; etc. We also don't know if the company has, or intends to, sell the remaining ~400M shares in the A/S. This will cause some resistence in the short term.
As I have said before, our time is coming but it is just not right now IMO. When I calculate the long term value of the company, I use the full 2B A/S to be safe. Even with that, it is still a very good prospect. The problem is getting all the shares absorbed and flipped a few times. Once this is done the pps will climb.
