forget about Dow buddy. They are not end of the world, may be they just took sample from lab run (like proof of concept) and tried to scale it up and failed, but in our case samples would have been from 4tonne reactor. there is no need to scale that up further if they need more capacity just add another reactor not try to increase the reactor capacity. In my opinion you can't compare DOW, they were excited and signed agreement with Nanoco too early without doing their DD/ without waiting for product maturity (it is huge company they can stomach that risk)...apparently.
