Seems like a Pre-Farm Bill continuation "SHORT Attack". But with the same old misleading arguments. Let's see how effective is it? Looks like a reload opportunity @ best.
Also great timing when the market is closed tomorrow. What a pest.

I live in the San Diego area, and I think I will contact CV Sciences, and tell them I am willing to be a witness on their behalf as a shareholder who understood the patent process. Make that lawyer look stupid!

At some point in their escapades they need to know that their nonsense can backfire and at a cost.
