Legalizing hemp is a giant leap in the direction of federally legalizing marijuana.
The current congressmen who are returning to their seats in both houses should understand that 'majority rule' will eventually unseat the last hard line idiots if they don't move toward public opinion because when it's legal in half the states, Billy Bob can cross the state line for medical or recreational marijuana as easily as he used to cross the state line for gambling and/or Alcohol. That's the crack in the Dam that has always created a flood - lost state revenues.
