Some folks just don’t read or wont do any homework. They get in on the hype and hope to make their 100% and move on. If they would take the time to read and study...they just might have a trade of a lifetime...your lucky to get a handful of these trades in a traders life. I don’t worry about day to day trading...I’m not even considering selling until after the first Quarter.
Should close on a property by Thursday and you will continue to see moves being made through March.
