I still don't get why he wants to crucify apha,, he was involved in deals correct?,, did he work for apha before and was fired? Doesn't make sense besides shorting why he targeted apha the way he did ,, and spend some much travel time investigating and making that massive report,, he's obviously had this plan many many weeks ago,, just wished he releases the article when Share price was $20+

Even if they throw DeFrancesco under the bus, any rally will likely be short-lived, as the Jamaican deal in particular looks like a potential train-wreck of incoming lawsuits, followed by the S. American sh1t show.

The DeFrancesco character looks like the main weak link... stock might rally if they sever ties with him, imo ...
