No denying the delay, but rather than twiddling their thumbs and diluting shareholders just to keep the lights on in the meantime, they’ve instead gone out, diversified, and still easily exceeded last year’s revenue with basically BGTV alone.

The fact that they’ve done this without Brentwood, Livestor, Panama City, and Buck Lake Ranch all not bringing in the money yet is what has everyone here excited. And all four should be rolling in 2019.

Nothing as in:

1. 30 acres in Brentwood with an UNENCUMBERED DEED and 30 more acres coming.

2. Buck Lake Ranch

3. Livestor

4. Revenues in excess of 4-5million annually while they do "Nothing"... LOL

5. Site plan submitted for Brentwood..DONE

6. Stock price up 1000% in those 2 years!!!

7. Panama City rolling after a HURRICANE.

Fake News? The company did not issue a press release prior to Dec 2016 stating that they were breaking ground on construction. I don’t think they had even announced plans for construction at that point. If you can post a link to the article I would appreciate it because my memory might just be going. I do think they should have been able to start construction in late Summer / early Fall. However, the exact timing of the home sales doesn’t matter since the company has the capital to wait until 2019 to begin receiving revenues. The important thing is that construction will take place as promised and these homes will be in higher demand that anyone expects. Larger home builders will take notice as a slowdown in housing takes place and they need a niche concept to boost sales. This added competition will only help LIGA through reduced cost of materials as more supplies are brought to market with growing demand. It will also focus attention on the originator of the idea which will help the company attract new investors and partners. And the share price could be boosted by added partnership agreements or outright purchase of the company.

I am more excited for 2019 than I was 2018 for LIGA. This is now my longest and largest continuous holding in my spec portfolio. I’ve continued to add as the price has been suppressed volume volatility. Things are starting to stabilize and we see the share price starting to creep back up. We should close the year closer to .007.
