Canadian distribution system and paying in advance the equivalent to provincial sales tax = cash. Why is our diesel fuel NOT in Pilot / Fly J outside pumps, instead of concentrate in little bottles hidden inside the C Store, takes a cash to make that happen system-wide. Marine fuel distribution for commercial vessels, takes infrastructure = cash. What doesn’t ECSL have = cash! Who is ECSL not impressing, cash sources?
