I talked to a company that builds tire recycling plants back in July. They had bid on the project (in Saudi Arabia) but a German company (Intec)got the job. It was their understanding that it had started or was about to start construction. They didn't know who any of the subcontractors were (i.e. Sulja) but it is definitely a real project.
