It happens -- i'm also in $PULM and while the technology has wild massive disruption potential through ubiquity of a better inhaler (in which I am incredibly bullish on) -- there is risk that Phase 2 Trials may be delayed due to funding. Same story there -- this is business, traders tend to forget what that is from time to time.
