The good thing here is that in April they filed a missing 10k from 2010, when they were a SEC-filer https://www.otcmarkets.com/stock/CBEV/disclosure

You hardly ever see that (RCGP is the only other example I know who did that). That means they want to eliminate all risks at suspension. For me that is an indication a serious company is coming in.
