#6196 RE: Gold Seeker #6188

"when I read that Moro had been unable to make additional license deals because it would detract from future royalties, you immediately know that Abbott has a "me too" clause in their contract."

There you go, speculating again. Not everything is as it appears. You are old enough and should have enough experience to recognize that.

Now, I think it's high time to give you a lesson in rational thought to support arguments. Let me first begin by explaining to you what the difference is between deductive reasoning vs. speculation.

Deductive reasoning is when you eliminate what it is not, by determining what it can't be. Then you are left only with the possiblities. Even then, there is some question as to which possibility is the correct answer. So, you still aren't in a position to make an "absolute" factual statement, just able to state what it is not. You, however, rarely qualify your statements, thereby making your statements appear as though they are factual. Yet, you are almost never able to cite factual references to back up your statements, which leads us into our next term:

Speculation- is when a person makes an assumption of unusual business risk in hopes of obtaining commensurate gain.

The question that I have for you is, with your constant misleading, speculative posts, are you hoping to gain at other investors' expense? Or, do you just get your kicks by stirring up the pot with misleading, non-factual information?

Just trying to get you to open up a little, sir!
