I called three of these law firms last night and have gotten no reply.

same ambulance chasers that piled on the other short attacks. Again, APHA should put out a release providing details on the improvements they note in their last PR, pictures as well, and this all goes away. They don't reassert that publicly and this languishes for months and it signals something stinks. APHA needs to respond. The spiraling effect on the sector, other stocks partnered with them via supply agreements (emmbf, lhsif, etc), they all must be a bit mad and eager for APHA to put this to bed. If APHA doesn't do that quickly, that's my sign to get out. So far it's too little.
