Ken will be taking a long deserved vacation starting this Thursday. His travel destinations include Bermuda and Cayman Islands

It's hard work diluting a stock to pennies to get a $150K bonus.

Now has to go to Caymans to talk about where next years $50m in operating expenses will come from.

Will have to get CVI and the other trader/algo firms to sign on for 200 million new shares this year at $0.25 a share to get the $50 million.

Good idea to nail it down before issuing the authorization for 200m new shares in the proxy.

CVI is just a sub-entity formed, owned and controlled by Susquehanna, an American company. Just because CVI was incorporated in the Caymans doesn’t mean they actually have a physical presence there. Doubtful that they do.
