I want to think that this last "hiccup" will be the last of the known startup issues with OWCP. We've seen personnel changes, greedy "pump and dump", notice and clearance of SEC investigation, and now the "past" is having a toll on one of our founding management personnel. We'll see if Dr. Baruch has to serve time, or step down...but I think upper management has been gearing up for this for a LONG time - now they're dealing with the legalities so OWCP can be cleared for TAKEOFF!!!

2019 looks to be making retirement dreams realities!!!
