They had 88 subscribers as of their last 10Q. Again, Comcast has their own streaming service. What would they want with Viva and all of Viva's debt? Why wouldn't they just contact TikiLive and start another streaming service through TikiLive if they wanted an additional option for their customers? Indeed, why wouldn't they just offer to buy TikiLive for that matter?

they also said this in an 8k almost a year ago to date;

"It is with Great Pleasure that we announce that Viva Entertainment Group signed an endorsement deal with the Hollywood star Actor, Luis Guzman. Under the terms of the agreement, Guzman will endorse the VIVA brand and serve as a public face for the Company, engage in promotional activities, provide referrals to Company, participate with ongoing social media efforts, marketing activities and promotions with VivaLive TV, and participate in public speaking engagements, events, meetings, and media opportunities"

this was one of the bigger whoppers of enough whoppers to run burger king for months.

I'm curious about this;

"The Company has an authorized capitalization of 41,000,000 shares of Common

Stock, $0.00001 par value, and 75,000,000 shares of Preferred Stock, $0.0001 par value."

Why so much preferred stock?
