"since we were unable to trade like other shareholders who got div"?, this alone may not be sufficient to sue TDA, first up all, the Div distributed will take three days to settle after distribution, so nobody can actually trade GNBT until it settles. Not sure if there are any conditions comes with div as far when to sell!..
TDA must be sued but you need to figure out a better means, say lots of people lost lots of investment, some factor like that will get you go after and win TDA..!. Some brokerages are awful, and I am sure TDA has several bad practices..!. E-Trade is even worst than TDA bunch of morons run that co..!!
