GERS. When will the Judge(s) stop this Volley ball game already? The Gers Investors are tired of this garbage already!! Just like other parts of the judicial system... too many breaks, and probably too lenient a decision so the court won't have to see their faces again? I just do not see GERS coming out of this with more than change in their pockets? But I hope I am wrong and the alleged Infringers get hit as hard as Superman did last Saturday night if they really did hurt our Business with illicit ways to STEAL money away from a struggling Penny Stock! And, we all are hurting because of the length of time this is taking!
I just hope that Gers people hit the Judge with hard fact common sense instead of statistics alone?
IMHO, Liberal judges do not like to see anybody go out of Business, even though they may have fleeced GERS out of Millions of dollars that we could have used to further our Business interests!! The judge will weigh the yearly earnings of the Defendants if found guilty, and make any judgment as easy as possible for them, maybe even go along with some of their demands?
I just wonder if K.K. had an opportunity to spill out some of the devastation GERS went through over the years and plea for the Investors instead of himself! His heartfelt pleas may do more good than all the wrangling the Lawyers did over 3 years or so this Carnival has stayed open? I don't like this one bit!!!
