BIOAQ has no contracts for new plants. All such agreements are cancelled in bankruptcy, and no NEW contracts can be entered into without first submitting them to the court for approval. All that is public - have you seen any new agreements? Nope.

And BIOAQ is no longer in existence. They have been liquidated.
