My guess would be they would have to honor any contract Tesaro has. Just an opinion though.

Thanks for the reply game and Conny. Just trying to piece together an argument in my mind about an entry point in this stock and so far I cant justify it. Overall market is sketchy day to day up 500 down 800. Might be time to just sit it out with some cash and wait for a crash. No safe sector anymore.
