Abbot Labs (NYSE: ABT) has been begging BOCX to get exclusive rights to their technology but BOCX only gave them semi-exclusive rights.
"I don't know about the first statement. Wittenberg should be smart enough to not say that since if true, it would be definite inside information."
That would not qualify as definite inside information because it is not anything concrete! It is merely a statement that is expressing Abbott's desired outcome.
