Lawsuit's dead in the water, deadline Tomorrow and no Lead Plaintiff. Fyi there was only one lawsuit and a bunch of Ambulance Chasers filing it over and over based on the same bogus Citrus report.
Bad day overall for everything. I sold off half my 1st series warrants, a bit in a stock I was PREViously not going to sell, some of another I TRULy like plus everything I had in one that YD was pretty good to me then used the funds to do some juggling and lower my averages.
At the end of it all I did that and ended up with more shares than I PREViously had and more than doubled my 1st series warrants. I TRULy believe I'll have a better position in the other ones since warrants should rise, as seen in YD chart, and allow me to divest enough to accomplish my plan. Maybe the end of day bounce was shorts starting to cover, maybe not.
Needcash4parts: I won't be surprised if one of those lawsuits goes ahead. I am not suggesting that it has any merit. I just won't be surprised if someone gives it a shot. That is why companies have lawyers.
