Probably triggered because of the corporate action date (Friday was the original distribution date)

Same thing happened for people at TD on the October 26th date.

Just means you have to phone in their orders.

Someone complained to TD when it happened on Oct 26th and they removed the restriction immediately and said it just does it automatically on key corporate action dates.

So I am guessing it is that.
