Start up environment with lots of hard working people

GenAgain was a start up company that had lots of energy and passion and effort. Great people and a great concept. I was allowed to participate in the development of the processes and procedures used in the company.

Fast pace work enviorment with good people and a lot to learn.

De-lidder (Former Employee) – Lithia Springs, Ga – June 10, 2014
A typical work day consisted of clocking in 6am, proceeding to dress out into coveralls and steel toe boots, going to de-lidding, using air tools and cranes to remove lids from DCC for cleaning and sanitizing. Using a forklift to move the DCC to the fill station. Filling with plastic then returning it to de-lidding, replacing the lid and transporting it to PRU for processing. With a quota of 20 hot swaps per 12 hour shift. I'd change back into regular clothes and clock out at 6pm to go home. The management and co-workers were good people and a joy to work with however the hardest part of the day was coming home smelling like diesel fuel and melted plastic.
