These guys are running a scam, They know it, you know it, I know it, hell everyone and his brother should know it by now.
Problem is there are so damn many scams being perpetrated day in and day out, they are just playing the odds that they will not get caught, and if they do little will come of it.
The good news is that today it is much easier and faster to track scams down and also follow up on them. The beauty and curse of the internet.
