A lot has happened since 11/2, prior to that this ticker did good to average 2M volume per day.

During that time there were 10 days when not a single stock traded hands.

Somebody made a command decision to start this action, and since 11/23 almost 1.2B shares have been traded.

I dont believe the float is just changing hands, they opened the floodgate of the restricted....
