I don't know why you keep saying that. Have you ever tried to talk to anyone from Magniant? I have. It is real. It is a start-up company. They have extensive contacts.
The first distributor is also real but a very small regional company. They are useless now in the grand scheme of things. Not even sure they can even sell anymore now that Magniant has exclusivity with various aspects of Sofpulse.
