Let me start by saying I'm long here...
There website has a few issues, their ISO9000 registration emblem is an entire revision level (3 years) behind. There's no copy of their certificate, no mention of their Registrar, and I cannot locate them on any of the Registration databases.
This could mean they are not certified any longer, or it could be that their website is just not updated.
As a guy that's been in manufacturing engineering and quality for 30 years, I can tell you that keeping your website up to date is critical to attract customers.
I'm wondering how a company that isn't registered to an international standard acquires a government contract. I do business with suppliers all over the world. This seems off.
If any of you are in contact with the corporate office, it might be worth asking about.
