I routinely do $20-50g into the ones I have done my homework on like these two Tony Anish Tickers and am a FT Investor.

I like to pull my personal capital our ASAP and ride the freebies and usually pull my profits out of them over multiple years

Yes I do sell some for income as my investments are my largest income stream, I'm not really a trader but will sell/reinvest profits on the swings/corrections

If I'm actively flipping/trading a play it's usually just 5-10g in a ATM with a steady trading channel and consistent volume but that's only if something is not moving and I need to pay bills

And yes sometimes I do break my personal investing rules and let emotion dictate my trade via greed/denial and lose money but I always own my investment decisions good or bad as I have my big boy pant's on

I keep thinking of how someone can put $40k into an OTC sub or trip! Gotta have some huge capital or some huge nuts!! If you have a million bucks it's one thing but if your all in on a sub or trip with $40k then WOW!!! I've only been trading for a couple years and I have certainly started getting more comfortable in bigger positions but more like 2 mil to sell 1 or 4 mil to sell 2 around 100% and ride the freebies. Don't get me wrong, I put on my student hat reading that post. Interesting to learn how big of positions people will hold. It's good to know the extent to which some play these subs and trips.
