I talked to management, they told me essentially they are broke. They didnt have the money to go forward with the JV, they owe 33k to get current. That was the end of that. They said some other stuff but if you are too broke to complete a JV when you have all these Wells, tells me they are EMPTY Wells. Not trying to be a pain here, just disclosing this info so people dont get locked into no bid like I did for weeks. Luckily I got out on the JV pump minus my 4.95 commission
