BYSD Something is not adding up. They have the Date WRONG and a 1 for 15,000 has to be the biggest in the history of OTC Stocks. I call BS on that PR (Possibly Fake)

The post is not fake. It's on OTC Markets and Accesswire.

The split will wipe out all the common shareholders regardless of how the new share structure is set up.

I have never been through a R/S before so i don't know exactly how they affect different parts of the SS.

1:15000??? That would put their A/S at 600,000 shares, and O/S aprox. 305,000 shares ..... if a company does a reverse split does it affect A/S or O/S or Both? Could this post be fake???
