Seems illegal to me. They made a big deal over telling us the shareholders approved the 1:20 split, now the board of directors overrode their decision.

Why get shareholder approval for a split if the board can just arbitrarily change the ratio at will?

Wont be any reverse split of the issued and outstanding shares unless FINRA says its okay first. A reverse split application by BYSD at FINRA doesnt necessarily mean it will be approved.
