Short term memory loss as in dementia or a paid promoter?
He also forgot the principal scathing comments that all shareholders are morons and he will never ever give out company information ever again. Course it was deleted elsewhere.
But then the principal is all happy and will update in 2 weeks.

You be the judge. Very same commentator. This person makes things up the principal never said as well. The principal said nothing about amounts at all. That's why I think its a promoter.

today:

I liked the fact David stated he will be updating SH's in a few weeks regarding the status of the funding. That is a rather quick timeline especially taking into account NTEK's history. This leads me to believe David is confident the 10M line of credit will actually happen in December. The fact two private investors have put up 5M each as collateral for the 10M line of credit tells me they are extremely confident of the NTEK business plan and the future success of the company

Re: ******
Your wish for the company to abandon UltraFlix and just become a services company is foolish at best and would net a company that could never operate with a profit and would only guarantee that the company could never recover or rebuild value and neither a fire sale nor a complete abandonment of the business model and plan is not under consideration nor ever will be.

4K Studios could never net a profit large enough to eliminate debts let alone replace funding required to operate the business.

in response to this:

I think David really needs to consider partnering with Roku or another well funded player in this industry before its too late. There has got to be a way for Nanotech and 4k Studios to convert Roku's growing catalogue of titles to 4K/HDR so that it benefits both companies.

If UF were able to feature the movie titles Roku currently has in its rapidly growing library in exchange for 4K studios services on 4K conversions NTEK would no longer need any funding. This type of potential business arangement appears to be the only hope for the company and its shareholders.

David can you make it happen???
