As per my previous post, I don't see the ptab changing its mind on the 'same' evidence. That would be an admission that they failed.

The lack of new discovery is a major blow to WDDD imho.There was a reason they asked for it prior and Bungie opposed it, not because it wasn't of value for WDDD.
