From reviewing the publicly available financials, it appears the company has only the CEO as an employee now after having apparently spunoff the rest. Also looks like the address is a virtual office only. Both the website and the phones have not been working. Company appears to still use a Twitter account (last post Nov. 1). CEO supposedly had a heart attack and has been recovering. Per another poster on this Board, they received an email from the CEO stating such and that he’ll be back to work next week and try and give shareholders an update.
I strongly suggest doing your own due diligence on this one. I have only been following this company for a short time. So far everything I thought about it has been incorrect. It does not appear that Ricky presented at Oracle Event. I searched that Oracle site and couldn’t find anything. And from what another poster put on the Board it appears Aurablocks is no longer working with DRWN, but I don’t know. I’m hoping the CEO is okay, gets back at the helm, and that he provides an update soon and explains what happened and where this is going. Right now the prospects look pretty dim. IMHO
