GOLDEN State government collects the money and provides collection and processing payments to e-scrap companies handling covered devices, currently 49 cents a pound.

That's $300k+ in revenue from the free e-waste events only???.
And then more revenues from 7 new e-waste (MULTI-YEAR) contracts and events with Corporate Entities, Educational Institutions, State and Local municipalities... $100K each? (Just a guess)
