Hilarious! What do you think they do with the sachets? Put it in there mouths?! I don’t like to LOL on message boards but LOL! Good stuff man!
Dr. “Take two sachets and call me in the morning”.
But doctor these sachets taste like $hit!
Dr. “Did you eat lead paint chips when you were a child”?

Directions: tear open sachet. Pour contents into small cup of water. Swish and spit. Repeat two to three times a day.
Sound familiar?

I don't see an issue here with B-granules vs. liquid.
What's the END-USER action? "SWISH & SPIT"

PLEASE NOTE: NOT FOR INGESTION

So with that in mind, let's trackback both dosage forms (LIQUID and GRANULES)

i) B-liquid + Water (USP/DI/WFI whatever)= Mix ===> SWISH & SPIT

ii) B-Granules* + Water (USP/DI/WFI whatever)= Mix** ===> SWISH & SPIT

*consists of active-B and Inactive ingredients (binding agent/disintegrants etc.)

**Mix until it disintegrtes or disssolves

In conclusion: Nothing has changed.

Just a few Advantages (Sachets over Liquid):
Easy Transportation
Storage/Stability (CZ1/CZ2/CZ3/CZ4; CZ = Climatic Zones around the world)
Convenience

Personally, I'd NOT sweat and its an excellent move by the company.
GO IPIX!

Sachets are still swish and spit. There is no change in delivery.
