I'm really not sure what you mean when you say Capitulation.
Capitulation to what? Spot Price? Share Prices? Something else?
It sounds like you have invested a fair bit like many of us have.
Noone can say that they pick a bottom or a top in such things. We all try to do it but how often do we suceed? It may happen once like it did to me during the last Uranium Bull but that does not mean that I can time it again. I certainly did not do it this time.
There are investors with much more information and connections than you or I will ever have and even they can't call a bottom or a top. All we need to know is that it is better to buy at a point that we are willing to live with and wait for the fundamentals to do their work.
We will need U308 to run all those mega nuclear plants being built and those that are currently running out of Long Term Contract supply.
We do know that we need reliable electricity to run the computures that process our trade orders and these discussions. NOTHING in the foreseeable future is going to change that.
