Say again? A company can use an official Twitter account for shareholder communication. It's not inside information.

Tweeting is information to shareholders... SEC approved... thus not insider information...

I don't know how he can post inside information about up-coming pr's before they're released.

Respectfully, per the SEC regarding Social Media...

Those updates by the MLHC CEO are very much appreciated by all I am sure. I trust that anything of a huge magnitude would then be PR-ed.

For inquiring minds, using social media sites such as Twitter, Facebook, etc. are considered ”official” communication mediums for companies to keep their shareholders updated per the SEC as confirmed from the link below:

It's not inside information as per regulatory bodies rules as Social Media is a public avenue of disseminating public info, insider trading would be a personal email to a select person(s)

That's like saying shareholder letters one gets emailed but has to usually opt into is insider info.

It's available for those to read if they are a proactive investor
