I just like how he released the last PR during trading hours.Peeps were selling at .11 and .12 when the reit news hit.Now you are gonna see peeps selling at .20 when all of a sudden it will be over .30 or .40 or more when we get our first taste of a real estate deal.The reit news almost makes it a sure thing.

You really don't want to see news on a Friday afternoon. Because it is usually bad news and the company hopes you have forgotten over the weekend.I have seen good news on a Friday maybe 10 times in my 40+ years trading
