USRM is so toxic nobody would ever buy them. Nothing USRM does is proprietary. Any first year college student working in a lab can extract SVF from fat. The process is all over the internet and published in numerous legitimate scientific and medical journals. USRM is hurting with huge debt, multiple lawsuits including the 4th blind lady and the DOJ. Also under investigation by the SEC, so no way in hell will they be bought out or ever receive a penny of investment money!!!!

That's what they're scared of. That second crossover that's willing to put billions towards it like our founder has.


The trial outcome will be the catalyst IMVHO.
