Of course of "conference call" was all BS..

First of all, there was nothing official about it. The conference call wasn't publicly announced, but rather "emailed" to a select group at the last minute.

NTEK hasn't had a license to do business in either California or Nevada in more than six months. After promising an "Investor open house" at their new "California HQ" which DD uncovered was, is and remains a series of strip mall post office boxes, Foley claims they're suddenly moving to Nevada, where he doesn't even live and has no license to operate anything. Nobody wonders why he couldn't offer an address for the NV HQ?

NTEK has been "securing" funding since their old CEO Ivan Gulas blew the scam wide open in court testimony more than a year ago. NTEK has no funding and remains a judgement debtor to the tune of millions in a dozen cases. Believing funding talk when every potential dime would instantly be garnished to all the creditors is idiocy IMO.

There hasn't been a studio deal since Paramount sent their last cease and desist back in 2016. And there never will be again.

As you stated, there is no board or recognized corporate entity - which is why neither the transfer agent nor the pathetic OTC will even allow NTEK to trade as current, let alone limited. Retail can't do anything with their shares, nobody is ever going to jump in on this scam, and the wide fluctuations are as expected with an illiquid dead penny play ravaged with a CE designation. Nobody selling? No kidding, trading at pre RS of .00003 there is no point, you'd be NET negative on any trade even if you could unload in a dead market for this POS.

This junk hasn't posted unaudited anything in terms of financials in nearly two years and never will again - there is simply no point. Ditto any press releases or public statements. I guarantee nobody can locate any other person working at this vaporware scam besides DJ Foley - they simply do no exist and any that did quit, then sued and won in court for unpaid wages.

It was fun to pound this scam while it was interesting and NTEK was paying for the pumps to try and stem the bleeding, but at this point this one person sunk junk is just sad and pathetic. Interesting why anyone would be excited for the future of this garbage when not one single thing Foley stated he'd do has come to fruition over the course of the year.

Ultrasux has no license to operate in the US that I can find. It's been in default almost a year in Nevada. But I guess you don't need a business license if you're not making any money from your basement.

Kris dillinger may exist and is one of the shareholders elected as director at the last bogus shareholder meeting and he posts online as well, today as a matter of fact.
