I think this is the first time in half a year that news has NOT caused the price to drop. And, yes, moving Somics up to VP is a very smart move.

Spock...there next very, Very smart move will be to either initiate a share buyback program and/or declare no RS for 2019. The turnaround value to long-term shareholders would be quite significant.
