On October 01, 2018, the Court of Chancery of the state of Delaware granted a default judgment moved by Custodian Ventures against the Company.

On November 01, 2018, the Court of Chancery of the state of Delaware approved the election of David Lazar, Edward Paul Lazar and Shulamit Lazar as directors of the Company for a term of one year or until their successors are duly elected and qualified. There was no opposition.
