Because the whole cannabis sector has been nothing but down the past few weeks, in fact 90% of the year. Volume is low around the board, so each individual company (even some of the best ones with most potential) have a small chance of uptrend. We will move up with the next sector rally, or earlier if we are lucky or if big volume comes in for any reason.
