Wonder why there would be dilution when they are trying to buy back shares? This should have moved more yesterday based on the float. I just don't get how this trades....

Hope its been gone through as they file and get current.

Can't believe all the PR's, new management taking over, then getting it current was for one million shares to be sold.

Clearly new managements businesses they are rolling did not have everything completely ready to be public.
