I like the Canadian coins too. They are .9999 silver and pretty affordable compared to spot price... American eagles they are called have a pretty good mark up on them. Plus I wonder how long before the US goes broke and starts painting coal silver...:)

Yea the old silver American currency 1964 and before. Is 90% silver content, and weigh less than a troy oz. They kept it pretty even at.71 troy oz weither it was dimes, quarters, halves, or dollars... I was shopping the $1135 for $100 worth of Franklin half dollars and the halves do equal .73 troy oz...that's $1.59 per oz over spot only. Most the national bullion costs that at least. So you Basicly get the collector value for free. I like that...:)
