It is an exchange - NSAV gives shares in one subsidy in return for shares in NSAV. It will unlikely to be 1 for 1. We are unlikely to see any of that since we are under brokerages and not one of the 'shareholders of record', of which there are around 125. The TA knows who those are, and how many shares they have. None of us will see anything except the OS shrink as it proceeds. And our portfolio value should increase.
For example CHIF is owned by NSAV (or at least by JT), and it's at about $0.07 with an OS of about 14M. At today's price, that would be 1 share of CHIF for about 250 shares of NSAV...Or he could sweeten the pot to make it more advantageous. CHIF is eventually supposed to own the hemp beer subsidy.
