It seems when the market was high, the big bars were the cheapest. And individual oz bars or coins were a few cents more... Some might consider the smaller pieces easier to use in a bartering situation...

But its all preference...

The accountant told me to buy the cheapest bullion available. No matter what form.
Me personally I like the old currency.got to remember that it was only 90% silver, and usually around .71 actual oz, per dollar of currency. (Think quarters or halves were a couple clicks more weight).
I also am willing to pay a buck or two over spot for cool coins...like those 1.5oz coins. They carry a good collector value as well. And cool:)

But I buy cheap 1oz bullion coins from time to time. When they are on sale...

Also. Be sure to check out whats on sale for the week. That's where you get the best deals. Every week they change it up. :)
